Peristyle Partners is a partner-led management consultancy that applies hospitality discipline to hotels, restaurants and any business that serves people, for owners and operators who want their customers to come back.

What Peristyle Partners does

The firm works through three practices, each led by a partner who has done the job, and they operate as one structure inside a client's business rather than as three separate engagements.

Hospitality practice

Brand, guest experience and direct revenue for hotels and restaurants: positioning, the website and booking path, distribution, restaurant demand, reviews and reputation, openings, renovations and operating standards. The outcome is more direct business, higher guest confidence and a public record that matches the operation.

The same discipline is applied to businesses outside hospitality: how they welcome, how they recover when something goes wrong, and how they earn the next visit.

Technology practice

Making the property, booking, payments and customer systems of a business behave as one. Vendor selection and contract terms, systems integration, go-to-market for new products and markets, operations at scale, and data, reporting and automation. The outcome is a strategy the systems can actually run.

Finance practice

Controls, close and audit readiness; budgets, forecasts and unit economics; growth capital and lender packages; acquisitions and diligence; finance function build-out. The outcome is numbers an owner, a lender or a buyer will trust.

What makes Peristyle Partners different

The partner you meet leads the work

Large consulting firms tend to sell an engagement with senior people and deliver it with junior ones. At Peristyle Partners the partner on the first call leads the mandate, stays involved in it from beginning to end and remains accountable for the result, with a team of consultants and specialists assembled for what the work requires.

Operators, not analysts

The hospitality practice is led by someone who has run hotels and built three of them from the ground up, the technology practice by someone who ran Fortune 100 operations and go-to-market, and the finance practice by a CPA who has led audits and worked inside companies through funding and acquisition. The recommendations therefore come from people who have done the work themselves rather than studied it.

Three practices, one owner

Most businesses buy brand work from an agency, systems from an integrator and finance from an accountant, and nobody is responsible for how the three fit together. Peristyle Partners runs one strategy across the operation, the digital product, the public record and the growth program, so that nothing is lost in a handoff between silos.

A standing guardrail on authenticity

Peristyle Partners never creates fabricated reviews, undisclosed testimonials or deceptive guest accounts, and its reputation work is designed instead to increase authentic feedback and the visibility of real guest experiences.

The team behind Peristyle Partners

Peristyle Partners was founded by Curtis Crimmins and is led by three partners, one for each practice, with a team of consultants and specialists behind them. The name is the row of columns around a Roman courtyard: it carries the roof and keeps the center open, which is the position the firm takes inside a business.

Curtis Crimmins
Managing Partner, Hospitality

Curtis has run hotels and built them. He is a Certified Hotel Administrator and a certified general manager for Marriott, Hilton, IHG and Best Western. He has built three hotels from the ground up and renovated dozens more, independent and branded. He is the founder of Roomza, the room-level truth layer for hotels, and advises AI and robotics companies working in hospitality. curtiscrimmins.com

Samantha Spring, CPA
Partner, Finance

Samantha comes from public accounting and corporate finance. She has led audits, built controls, and worked inside growth-stage companies through funding and acquisition. She runs the numbers side of every engagement.

Sean Milstead
Partner, Technology

Sean is a technology executive with Fortune 100 operations and go-to-market experience, including Best Buy and CVS. His work is complex systems integration: the part of a business that decides whether the strategy can actually run.

The partners are the principals of the firm and the leaders of its practices. They are involved in every engagement, and they are supported by a team of consultants and specialists assembled for what each piece of work requires.

How Peristyle Partners works

First contact

Write to hello@peristylepartners.com or use the form on the home page. A partner will reply, and the first conversation will be about your business rather than about the firm.

The shape of the work

Engagements take the form the question requires, from a short private advisory to a build that runs over many months. The partner responsible, the scope and the price are agreed in conversation before any work begins.

Working together

Sessions take place by video or in person, at the client's business or at one of the firm's offices, and the client works directly with the partner leading the mandate from beginning to end.

Frequently asked questions

Does Peristyle Partners only work with hotels?

No. Hotels and restaurants are where the partners come from, but the firm works with any business that serves people and wants more hospitality in how it operates, from medical practices and dealerships to multifamily housing and wealth management.

How does an engagement start?

It begins with a conversation about the business. The partner responsible, the scope and the price are agreed before any work begins, and the engagement takes whatever shape the question requires.

Who leads the work?

A partner. Curtis Crimmins leads the hospitality practice, Samantha Spring the finance practice and Sean Milstead the technology practice, and each is involved in every engagement their practice takes on. They are supported by a team of consultants and specialists brought in for what the work requires.

Where is Peristyle Partners based?

Headquarters are in Seattle. The firm also has offices in New York, Washington, Mexico City, Amsterdam, Tel Aviv, Doha and Tokyo, and travels to wherever the property or business is.

Will Peristyle Partners manage our reviews?

It will improve them honestly, through better service, better recovery and systems that invite real feedback, but it never writes fabricated reviews, plants undisclosed testimonials or runs deceptive guest accounts.

What does the name mean?

A peristyle is the row of columns around a courtyard, carrying the roof while keeping the center open. That is how the firm sees its role inside a business, as the structure that holds the parts together and keeps the center clear for the people running it.
